A maxima winter squash, the Blue Carib (Hubbard) produces high yielding plants of 15-40 pound fruit. Has nutty sweet, orange flesh. Matures around 110 days. First brought to North America in the 1850s on a ship from the Caribbean. The large blue/green fruit can grow to the the size of a volleyball, basketball or even larger! Great for baking or in pies! These squash are perfect for market growing or storage. Their thick skin makes them excellent keepers of up to 6 months. 25 seeds.
