Early-maturing, cold hardy sweet corn. Can be used as a flour or ornamental variety as well. Small plants with a beautiful variety of multi-colored kernels. Multi color corns are naturally high in antioxidants such as anthocyanin and beta carotene. Harvest when the kernels produce a milky white fluid. If fluid is clear you are too early; if dry, you are too late because they will be starchy (but still good for roasting). 7" ears. Color is pale when fresh, but it intensifies when dried. Germinates even in cool, wet soils. 85 days. 40 seeds.
